Currently working for Wachovia Bank as a Service Transaction Specialist mainly assisting customers with opening up new accounts while meeting their banking needs and answering questions about different types of bank accounts, as well as cross selling products that fit their particular banking needs.

Accepting and processing all teller transactions such as withdrawals, deposits and loan payments.
Assists customers with all transactions including checking, savings and certificates of deposit in a courteous knowledgeable and professional manner.
